The Project

Our Approach to Repairing the Club’s Pipes

Pipe Relining Installation We inserted a resin-coated liner trenchlessly into the damaged pipes. Depending on the method, the liner was cured with ambient heat, hot water, or UV light to harden and restore the pipes.
Post-Relining Inspection Once the lining was done, we did a final CCTV pipe inspection to ensure the lining was installed correctly and that water flow was clear.
Reporting & Documentation We provided before-and-after video footage and a detailed report of the work performed, showing the condition of the pipes and the repairs made.
Cleanup & Site Restoration Finally, we removed all equipment and restored any disturbed areas to leave the site neat and tidy.

Overcoming Obstacles

The biggest challenge was the Club’s request to have all work done only on Mondays since they are closed that day. This required us to plan and execute the entire project over four consecutive Mondays, ensuring that there were no delays or disruptions to their normal operations.

Our team coordinated closely to meet this schedule and made sure all equipment was removed and the site restored before the Club opened on Tuesday.
